BFS machine is an advanced aseptic filling system to fill the solutionin a self-contained PE/PP plastic bottle under controlled environmentit is very suitable for sterile liquid products packaging.
Granular PP or PE material is used, melted and plasticized at high temperature by the extruder, and extruded through the cavity to form a plastic tube embryo. The tube embryo is integrated, filled, and sealed in a bottle-shaped mold (after sterilization and fil tration) Air protection), realize the aseptic filling of the liquid medicine, and then remove the waste of the product through the punching machine to form the final product.
