This fully automatic four-outlet packaging machine is the exclusive design and development of our company. It is the first high-speed machine of irregular-shaped bag filling in China, featuring four bag slot unloading mechanism, bag opening mechanism, air blowing mechanism, bag opening detection, filling, heat sealing, cold sealing and shaping mechanisms. It is specially designed to meet the high-output filling demands of the health beverage industry. 
This machine adopts European standards for its manufacturing process. The height and horizontal positions are symmetrical without any inclination. The overall frame and the parts in contact with materials are made of SUS304 food-grade stainless steel, which is polished and treated by wire brushing. It is easy to clean and maintain. The overall thickness of the frame reaches 3MM, and the thickness of the base plate is above 16MM. The design fully complies with the GMP requirements for food and drug production. 
More than 90% of the components are processed by CNC numerical control machines, with high precision. The materials for the parts are selected based on the force and inertia they bear. The circuit layout is clearly distinguished between high and low voltage, and the wiring is neat with clear markings. Among them, the power structure adopts a system combining servo control and divider, which is simple and quick to maintain and convenient to adjust. The normal operating noise of the entire machine is less than 70 decibels. It has high and low voltage protection functions, and the design size conforms to ergonomics, facilitating maintenance and repair, and greatly enhancing the user experience of the equipment.
