It adopts the disc valve feeding method and is equipped with a vibration device. It solves the problem that the traditional screw feeding device has no fluidity and often fails to feed powders with poor fluidity such as Chinese herbal medicines and proprietary Chinese medicines. Easy to disassemble, easy to replace and clean.
Driven by guide rail, it has high precision and long service life. The closed design effectively prevents waste capsules and dust from entering. Good stability, orderly seeding, and accurate direction adjustment.
Modular design is adopted, and the pin-type positioning of the filling holder is used. During production, there is no need to stop the machine to adjust the filling capacity, and it is convenient to replace different filling rods.

The slot-type lock capsule plate has flexible adjustability and can be fine-tuned at any time without adjusting the station pull rod. Purified compressed air and intermittent gas impingement technology are adopted. It solves the problem of powder sticking to the mold and improves the probability of capsule loading.
