The DPP-180H Automatic Tablet Capsule Blister Packing Machine is a product of our technicians' innovative design, merging the strengths of both domestic and international Alu-PVC packaging machines. The components that come into contact with medicines are constructed from stainless steel and high-quality aluminum alloy, making it suitable for packaging not only plain tablets, sugar-coated tablets, and capsules in the pharmaceutical, food, and healthcare industries but also liquid materials such as honey, chocolate cream, and spices.
This machine combines ten functions in one: roll material unwinding, Alu-PVC (Al-Al) conveying, blister forming, filling, waste recycling, heat sealing, batch numbering, indentation, medicine plate cutting, and finished product counting. It ensures safe, sanitary, and well-sealed packaging materials.
Our packing machine has brought technological advancements to the medicinal packaging industry in our country and adheres to GMP production standards. 1. Stepless frequency conversion speed regulation and servo traction: to achieve one-click stroke adjustment, easy to operate.
2. Wide range of adjustable stroke: The stroke can be accurately adjusted between 40 and 120 mm to ensure synchronization.
3. Plate mold design: Using positive pressing technology, with batch number, indentation line function, and automatic recycling of waste aluminum foil/aluminum-plastic materials.
4. Efficient feeding system: equipped with a set of universal feeder, filling rate of up to 99.5% or more, optional dust removal interface to solve the problem of dust in the feeding process.
5. Energy-saving heating system: double matching plate closed heating mode, greatly reduce heat loss, reduce the required heating temperature.

1. Hollow Platform: the product working platform and the bottom transmission mechanism is designed separately, to avoid cross-contamination and make it is easy to clean.  
2.Quick-install mold: each station is designed with a positioning reference, so operators can replace the mold quickly. Each adjustable part has a scale, which can be precisely adjusted according to product requirements.
