DPP-80 is an international version of the new packaging equipment developed by our company based on the functional characteristics of the international leading technology flat packaging machine and its own years of packaging technology experience. It has powerful functions and an intelligent operating platform to achieve multiple varieties of packaging technology. According to the existing technology, the coordination, stability, consumption and high efficiency of each station can be realized. This machine is suitable for sealing tablets, capsules, soft capsules, candies, big honey pills, injections and other items in the fields of pharmacy, food, medical equipment, cosmetics, health products and handicrafts such as aluminum-plastic, aluminum-aluminum, paper-plastic, etc. Packaging, equipment structure and packaging process are in full compliance with "GMP" requirements.
1. It adopts a new domestic transmission mechanism, and the main transmission shaft is driven by the platoon chain, which eliminates the error and noise of other gear transmissions.
2. The electrical appliance adopts the imported control system, and it can be equipped with the missing material and missing compensation device and the missing particle detection and reject device according to the customer's requirements.
3. The whole machine adopts segmental combination: PVC forming, feeding, heat sealing into one section, with hot aluminum forming, heat sealing, and punching into one section for split packaging.
4. The use of photoelectric control system, automatic feeding of PVC, PTP, hard aluminum packaging, and automatic punching of waste edges ensure the synchronization and stability of ultra-long distance and multi-station.
5. Equipped with an automatic rewinding mechanism for waste materials, the waste materials are evenly collected, and the finished products are output in an orderly manner. The delivery port has been installed with a conveying mechanism to provide necessary conditions for subsequent equipment and production.
6. One machine with two functions, it can produce aluminum-plastic or aluminum-aluminum varieties.
7. The whole machine adopts split connection design, which is convenient for transportation and access to elevators and workshops.
