DPP-260 Liquid blister packing machine is suitable for packing chocolate, butter,jam and the other liquid or paste product for food industry by changing the feeding part.
1.The blister packing machine body adopts guide track structure, the moulds such as forming, heat sealing, punching can be adjusted feely on the guide track.It is suitable for different sizes of plates, easy to adjust, good adaptability and high accuracy.
2. Mechanism hands for traction, stroke adjustable, easy operation, stable running.
3. With parallelaxes bevel gears reducer, avoid loosen or slippage caused by chain or belt.
4. Mould is located by pin, easy to change mould.
5. Frequency converter speed change, punch frequency 6-35 adjustable
6. Adjustable operation panel, suitable for different plates, easy to operate.
7. It can equipped with PLC, touch screen, high automatization, photoelectronic registration,localize heat seal, automatic error compensation.
8. Aluminum foil reel adopts stable device, cancelled the affection of pull force change with the ALU foil reel gradually diminish, thus it plays a great role in synchronization.
9. The up and low moulds for heat sealing mate each other completely, with multi level cylinder compressing heat sealing, the net pattern show clearly, firm, and reach 100% seal.
1. Hollow Platform: the product working platform and the bottom transmission mechanism is designed separately, to avoid cross-contamination and make it is easy to clean.
2.Quick-install mold: each station is designed with a positioning reference, so operators can replace the mold quickly. Each adjustable part has a scale, which can be precisely adjusted according to product requirements.
3. Automatic waste collection mechanism: automatic collection of waste, realizing machine automation and standardized production.
4. Customized configuration: cursor eye. indentation mechanism, secondary molding.
