TD-7 Rotary Honey Spoon Filling and Sealing Machine
Spoon feeding - filling (temperature preserving hopper) - film feeding - automatic sealing - automatic spoon discharging
1)Spoon feeding part: a. manual spoon feeding; b. automatic spoon feeding: Another spoon feeder is set, and the spoon is firstly fed into the feeder manually and then fed to the machine from the feeder automatically.
2)Filling part: Piston pump is used for honey filling. The filling nozzle is equipped with anti-leak device to prevent material from leaking on the spoon edge and influencing sealing effect. The hopper is equipped with a temperature preserving device for constant honey fluidity.
3)Sealing sheet feeding system: Sealing sheet is sucked, overturned and placed on the spoon.
4)Sealing part: It is made of copper. Good thermal conductivity of copper ensures high sealing effect. The sealing temperature can vary from 0 to 400°C.
5)Spoon discharging system: Spoons are discharged by a suction cup.

1)The machine support and frame are made of channel steel and covered with SS304.
2)The turret and molds are made of acid-resistant stainless aluminium.
