Main technical parameters:
1. This machine is a fully automatic high-speed transparent film packaging equipment, using flat push packaging method, all wrapping and heat sealing actions are completed by cam and cylinder transmission, which has the characteristics of fast speed and stable operation.
2. Changing the mold can package items of different sizes, and the newly designed quick adjustment structure is used to make it easier and faster to change the mold.
3. This machine adopts all-aluminum alloy oxide film cutting knife holder and single rotary film cutting knife, which makes the film cutting accurate and smooth, and the film cutting mechanism does not need to be replaced for large and small products.
4. The inverter is used to adjust the packaging speed, which can reach 30~70 bags/min according to the different packaging items.
5. Equipped with double-sided wrinkle plastic surgery and beauty device to make the film packaging more intimate and beautiful.
6. Quick disassembly and assembly of the pull wire reel, with composite self-adhesive laser anti-counterfeiting unsealing line function, really play the role of anti-counterfeiting, moisture-proof.
7. This machine adopts two feeding mechanisms: automatic conveying feeding and manual discharging, and automatic conveying feeding can be used with fully automated unmanned production lines.
8. The automatic feeding mechanism has the function of stopping without box, and is equipped with a clamping torsion overload protection device and an upper and lower double-layer air blowing auxiliary film device
