Semi Automatic Rotary Perfume Filling Machine - Vacuum Level Filling System
This semi automatic perfume filling machine is specially designed for perfume, fragrance, and cosmetic liquid production. The machine adopts vacuum level filling technology, which ensures that each glass bottle reaches the same liquid level regardless of bottle volume variations. It effectively improves the filling uniformity and enhances the visual quality of the final product.
The machine features a rotary working table design, where bottles are manually placed into molds, automatically cleaned with air, vacuum-filled, capped, crimped, and pressed in sequence. The final finished bottles are automatically discharged onto the conveyor belt, ready for the next process.
All operations are controlled by a PLC system with touch screen interface, making the process stable, accurate, and easy to operate.
Built from 304 stainless steel and equipped, Airtac, and Inovance brand components, this perfume filling equipment provides long service life and high reliability. It is suitable for filling 3-120 ml glass perfume bottles, and can be customized for different bottle sizes or caps.
